A uniform platform had to be chosen so that all could gain access and gets the necessary information at anytime. Two tasks had to be accomplished 1) the reminders and schedules had to be on that common platform and 2) these details had to made available for general access by parents as well |

A proper and synchronized channel was developed wherein the platform chosen was the internet and to handle both the tasks, two applications were set to task. The Internet Manager serves to upload the data that is obtained from the application processing to the web. It thus serves as an interface and a scheduler. It periodically updates and uploads the necessary information and acts as a link to the Management and parents. |
