To help our clients realize the potential of their businesses to the fullest, we instituted a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Center of Excellence in early 1998 for the customization, implementation and support of CRM applications. The center's extensive facility with appropriate hardware and software is operated by high-caliber CRM professionals who function in three subgroups, namely, the configuration team, the deployment team and the help desk. We also provide consultation to clients in the areas of CRM Solution / Strategy, Business Process Reengineering, Fitment Analysis and Product selection. We have carried out several full-life-cycle CRM implementation projects starting from Requirements Specification to Post Go-Live Support. A group of specialists within the CoE concentrate on seamlessly integrating the CRM package with core business systems and business intelligence systems for our clients. |
