Human Resource - Is the Life Blood of an Organization

Human Resource plays a predominant role in the growth of any organization. More so, a commercial venture in the IT sector, H R is considered as a precious asset if made use wisely. PISIL believes in the policy of the "right man for the right job" which is the first step towards growth. Motivation, guidance and commendation of work if given at the right time will enhance the employee's interests and thereby pave way for growth.

PISIL recruits candidates of different cadre:

Experienced professionals who will utilize their skills and knowledge they have already acquired to achieve targets.

Graduate freshers from reputed Institutes and Universities having the knowledge, enthusiasm to undergo training and work under pressure.

RECRUITMENT - PROCEDURE

A candidate being recruited into PISIL faces different stages of the recruitment procedure. To begin with he / she undergoes a Written Test, where the candidate is tested on Vocabulary, Logic / Reasoning, Arithmetic, General Awareness and Technical sections. Short listed candidates will then face a Group Discussion wherein a topic is put across to the candidates to share their views in the presence of the interviewers or officials in charge. Candidates who fare well at the GD are called in for a Personal Interview where the individual's communication, strengths and weaknesses are assessed. The recruited candidates are then given an in-house training for about 6 months and made familiar with our software development methodologies and the advanced technology and tools.

TRAINING - PROCEDURE

Training forms an integrated part of PISIL's operations. Extensive training infrastructure, along with a dedicated training staff is available at each of our software units. Our human resource department is responsible for training employees on a variety of platforms. We invest significant resources in training our personnel throughout their career. Our employees also receive general training in project management practices, development of personal skills, effective communication and improved customer satisfaction to enable them to face their future challenges. As a part of our training program we expect them to develop a wide range of application skills within the organization in HTML, DHTML, JAVA SCRIPT, VISUAL BASIC SCRIPT, JAVA, JAVA BEANS, SERVLETS, ORACLE, SQL SERVER etc. As the final stage of our training, the approved candidates are given a real time project were they have ample opportunity to prove their skills and ability. Our training division extends their valuable service to enable IT enthusiasts to further their skills at any level, likewise enabling to utilize the newly developed applications.
