Inauguration of IVRS

Sri Sai Ram Engineering College successfully implements INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVRS) developed by Palpap Ichinichi Software International Limited (PISIL), Much awaited…than ever before…first of its Kind in India InsPro Plus's IVRS system is developed after an extensive research and analysis on the requirements of an institution; it offers self-intelligent decision support system to manage the institution effectively and scientifically, beginning from the admission of the candidate till the student is certified. There are many activities that Institutions undertake; one of them is the sending of circulars pertaining to fees, academics and conduct of students to parents or guardians. Records show that out of 1000 mailers sent, only 8 to 15 of the parents respond favorably. Therefore Institutions were concerned as to the widening gap of information not reaching. So how could one bridge this large communication gap between parents and the Institution? PISIL took up this challenge and developed the IVRS after much research and specifications

InsPro Plus makes available all the information on the phone, wherein, parents are provided with a unique PIN to utilize the IVRS to get the list of options about their ward.

	Press 3 for Fee Status
	Press 4 to leave a message to management
	Press 5 to leave a message to your kid

In addition, parents can leave the messages to the management and to their wards, which will be automatically given to the concerned person. Also the system calls automatically to parents and communicates by itself about the status of their wards.

Another exotic feature of InsPro Plus is SMS, which automatically alerts the management about the current activities of the institution to their Mobile. The InsPro Plus provides the interactive web based Online Management system to the students, faculties, parents and administration and to the public with higher level of authentication.

The product consists of 15 extensive modules like Student Management, Staff Management, Academic, Office Administration, Finance, Library, Inventory, Human Resources, Hostel, Transport, Examination, Performance monitor, Internet manager, Security Wizards and Admin Kit. All report of ISO, NBA, AICTE, University reports are automatically generated from the system.

Also the product provides the Artificial Intelligence System to motivate and enhance the individual students, faculties, departments, and as a whole institution.
