Enquiry: |
| |
Students, who wish to undertake the training, first make a general enquiry. Where the student is briefed about the Company history, what are the projects they will be working on, Client’s requirements and what will be the system requirements. Since the students will be full time on these projects convenient timings are also made available for them. |

Training: |
| |
Students who have enrolled for the program will begin their training, under the guidance of the expert faculty; the students will be given personal attention in related fields such as: |

Software Training |
| |
The choice of subjects to be trained on is left to the
students, who are then put into groups according to subjects, which makes it easier for group coordination and teamwork. The basics of each subject are refreshed so that all students have equal knowledge of the subject. At every level of training the faculty will necessarily guide all the students. |

Online Tests |
| |
During the course of the training program, the students are regularly tested on their Technical and General Aptitude skills. Different modules are tested periodically so that students get acquainted and familiarize themselves with terminologies. They take up online tests and are given a feed back of their performance, based on their performance, all students are given their due attention. |

Personality Development |
| |
This section forms an integral part of the training for all students, enhancing their interpersonal skills and equipping them to face Interviews with confidence. They are being trained to constantly hone their skills by cultivating good reading habits. |

In order to write great software, the students need have developed the need to write software greatly. The point is that before the students can produce great code, they have to have developed a process for writing great code. It must be clear what the code does, how it should be used, how it can be extended, coding is considered an important part. |
